FREEfax is an online fax filing service with the Harris County District Clerk's Office that is now available in the 183rd, 185th, 262nd, and the 351st District Courts. Only documents with no associated court costs are allowed through FREEfax. FREEfax filing system only accepts documents in PDF Format and the uploaded documents must have a valid signature according to the Local Rules for Fax Filing.
