Below are the trial settings for the 11^th Court.  If you have any questions about the trial docket please contact the trial coordinator, Jackie Struss, at 713-368-6025 or by email at jackie_struss@justex.net. 

1. The 11^th  District Court does not have a docket call.  Docket numbers are available the Friday before your Trial setting.
2. File motions for continuance early-do not wait until you are assigned. If your vacation letter covers both weeks of the setting and you are the attorney of record, you do not need a motion for continuance, as your case will be reset at the end of the two-week period and notice will be mailed.  Submit a letter to the court stating you will enforce your vacation letter and copy all parties.
3. Pretrial conferences are held at time of trial, unless the parties request an earlier conference.
4. Your case is on call for the entire two-week period. This means you may be called to trial at any time.
5. You will be assigned for trial when the trial coordinator calls you and tells you what day and time to appear.  Do not come to court until you are assigned.
6. Please check often for updates. This list will update frequently.
