e-Docs

As of May, 22, 2002, the public will no longer be required to make that arduous journey through Harris County traffic, dodging construction sites and paying exorbitant parking fees to reach the Courthouse to purchase copies of orders and judgments in cases filed in the Harris County Civil District Courts.  In October, 1998, utilizing our Electronic Document Management System, Visiflow, we began imaging the “minutes” of the Civil District Courts.  With Visiflow as our foundation, we have now developed a customized web-based front-end - e-Docs - to provide the public the ability to purchase these documents via the Internet using credit cards.  From the comfort and safety of your home or office, you will be able to search our “electronic document archive” either by case number, plaintiff or defendant name, and receive a listing of all publicly available orders and judgments stored electronically in the case.  e-Docs provides a variety of delivery methodologies, including fax, download, e-mail, etc.   Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover will be accepted for payment.  And best of all --- there will be no increase in cost to our customers.  Click here to access the e-Docs homepage.
