The Fair Defense Act Management System

Pursuant to Article 26.04(j)(4), of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, all attorneys appointed to felony criminal matters under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure art. 26 or juvenile delinquency cases under Texas Family Code Title 3 are now required to report the percentage of their practice time devoted to such cases for the previous 12-month period (October 1-September 30) in each county.

Attorney Time Reporting Portal

All Attorneys accepting criminal and juvenile appointments must submit the required Practice Time using this portal no later than October 15, 2014.
