Harris County no longer authorizes process servers due to the Supreme Court Order dated June 29, 2005.  If you were on the Harris County Rule 103 Order, you should have been grandfathered in to the Supreme Court Order.  If your name does not appear on the Supreme Court Order, you must contact them. 

If you attend and passed the Houston Young Lawyers Association’s class on April 30, 2005 and your name is not on the Supreme Court Order, you must make your application to the Supreme Court.
