Judge Halbach's Court Procedures:

       Parties should sign up for the email notification at http://www.hcdistrictclerk.com/ to receive proper notice of signing of orders, court settings and document filings.

          1. Call the Clerk's at 713-368-6470 for hearing dates and to check on rulings 

          2. Call Pam Moritz at 713-368-6484 for all other matters. 

          3. Monday is the submission date.

          4. Friday is the oral hearing date.

          5. Trial Prep Orders are due 10 days before the trial docket begins.

          6. Send courtesy copies of all Summary Judgment Motion, Responses and Replies to the clerks of the court
