Since September 16th, 177th is a pilot court for the new Differentiated Case Management Pilot Program along with the 179th, 185th, 230th, and 248th. Our docket day is on Tuesday. Cases set for other days of the week will be migrated into the new system when next on docket. Docket times on Tuesdays are 9am, 10am and 11am. Pleas will be set at 9am.
Once a case is set for trial, attorneys will not be allowed to withdraw except for good cause.
