Info. for Defendants

You should not come to the courthouse UNLESS:

You do not have an attorney
You have a pending Motion to Adjudicate or Motion to Revoke Probation
You are going to plea
You need to make an appointment for a TRAS (the evaluation for probation)
You are requesting a change to your bond conditions or need to receive conditions
You have a warrant
The Court requests your appearance


Docket is at 8:30 a.m. on the 15th floor of the CJC

If you need to come to court, you must be there by 8:30 a.m. for docket call. 

If you are late, you must check in with the bailiff as soon as you arrive. 


When you are admitted to the courtroom:

Seat socially distanced in the audience until docket is called - no family or friends are allowed in the courtroom for docket call

If you arrive after docket call, immediately check in with the bailiff

Cell phones must be off and put away - not silent, not vibrate

Examples of impermissible clothing include: hats, flip flops, clothing with explicit language or imagery, visible undergarments

Do not leave court until you have received a reset and been told by court staff that you may leave


Please check this website frequently; any changes to Court procedure will be updated here.   You must stay in contact with your attorney and/or Pre-Trial Services.  If you can not be reached, your bond may be revoked.
